A Reichspost EM NCOs visor cap, constructed of a smooth dark blue wool with a black doeskin cap band. Dual bands of bright orange Waffenfarbe piping trim the band at the top and bottom. The front peak is pinned with a silvered aluminum German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika, measuring 56 mm (w) x 36 mm (l). The cap band bears a central wreathed tri colour cockade constructed of cupal, aluminum, and a red
